Roles offered:

FOOD AND BEVERAGE ATTENDANTS

Vaaj is able to provide staffing solutions to a single busy night or public, private and state events. Our professional team is competent in hospitality skills and are capable managing larger events including cocktail parties and retail style events.

DISHWASHER EMPLOYEES

We provide capable and trained staff who are spot on and efficient in washing dishes, pots & pans. They are able operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dish washing machine, hand wash station, pot scrubbing station and trash compactor.

KITCHEN HANDS

We supply general kitchen helping hands with experience in operating basic kitchen cleaning equipment and maintaining a clean work environment. They are capable of assisting cooks and chefs in preparing and storing food, washing dishes and kitchen utensils, and cleaning work areas.

COOKS

We supply trained and qualified aspiring cooks who can be relied upon to complete most basic kitchen cooking requirements in well supervised kitchen operations.

CHEFS

We are able to supply industry qualified professionals who have experience in all aspects of kitchen operations including kitchen set-up, food preparation & presentation and service & kitchen breakdown.
